Star pupil Rhiannon Ogden-Jones had the distinction of being accepted at Corpus Christi College at Oxford. Rhiannon’s A*s in History, English Literature and her Extended Project Qualification, as well as A’s in Biology and General Studies won her a place to study Law at Oxford.  “It hasn’t quite sunk in yet” she said.  “I didn’t even expect to get an interview in December.  My mum and Grandma are amazed but my dad and Grandad seemed to expect I’d get in.”  The multi-talented teenager also plays bassoon, clarinet and saxophone and enjoys sport.  She is the first in her family to get to Oxbridge.  “Studying for A Levels was the hardest I’d ever worked for anything.”  She said.  “But I would have kicked myself if I hadn’t.”
